Kallos Gallery brand positioning

I developed a unique tone of voice for the exclusive Kallos Gallery in London.

Baron Lorne Thyssen-Bornemisza's Mayfair gallery was opened to sell his collection of Greek antiquities, a selection of museum-quality artefacts with documented provenance. But he felt that the antiquities market was old-fashioned and out of touch, and wanted a more contemporary, dramatic approach.

The boutique luxury design agency SO Creative asked me to undertake a category audit and branding exercise to determine a unique positioning for the Kallos Gallery, developing a distinctive personality, mission and tone of voice. The result was a series of cinematic-style advertising executions, hoarding and marketing materials that highlighted the drama of each piece, its story and the unique journey it had made over the past 4,000 years.
