Post Office Christmas ad campaign

The Open Agency asked me to devise an organising idea behind the Post Office’s
Christmas campaign to point out that many people use the wrong service to send their post.

I developed the tongue-in-cheek ‘Public Elf Warning’ tagline with familiar characters
from the Post Office's existing advertising dressed as worried-looking elves who advised customers how to use the postal service to get their Christmas post to its destination
most efficiently. I also came up with a range of ideas for in-store, including an
'Elf Express Day' in branches to advise of the different seasonal services available.
